February of 2020 Grace Church is sending a team to Puerto Rico to partner with One Collective building homes following the destruction from Hurricane Maria. There are two fund raisers Grace is holding to help support this team: Chick-fil-A night and a Silent Auction Dinner.
Prayer Meeting: 4th Saturday of the month, 9:00 - 10:30 AM, Room 208
Our Global Outreach (GO) Team invites everyone to join us to read the monthly newsletters we receive from harvest workers, meet visiting workers, and to pray. This is a precious time each month to learn about God's work throughout the world.
Operation Christmas Child
Every fall, Grace partners with Samaritan’s Purse to provide Christmas gifts to kids in developing countries. Members of the Grace family contribute small toys, arts & craft supplies, toiletries and other items to fill shoe boxes that are sent overseas. Annually, Samaritan’s Purse donates about 10 million shoe boxes to children and teens. As part of the distribution of the boxes, volunteers share the gospel and provide evangelistic follow up for kids and their families.
Grace partners with full-time harvest workers in Central, East and South Asia, South America and Africa. Our harvest workers are families or single adults who are working to expand the Kingdom of God by bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to those who don't know Him.
We also support workers in the United States who serve international populations. From a New England church serving a Bangladeshi population to campus outreach among international students studying at MIT, Grace supports efforts here at home to reach people from around the world.
Every year, Grace mentors and supports individuals and families at Grace who are interested in short-term mission trips to different countries every summer. Occasionally scholarships are available. Mission trips are open to families, teenagers and adults and are a key part of fulfilling God’s command to proclaim the gospel throughout the world.
“Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.”
